Need to contact us regarding an order you have already placed?
Send a message to the Customer Support representative listed on
your order confirmation e-mail. Our reps not only monitor their
e-mail during the day, but also most evenings and weekends.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed? If you need to
cancel an order that you placed online you must notify us quickly
after you placed your order. If printing has started on your order
we will not be able to cancel your order. We do not take any cancellation
requests more than 24 hours after an order has been placed. You
will be charged a 5% cancellation charge of your order total in
addition to a $15 service fee to cancel your order.
Can I make a change on an order after it has been placed? We do
allow certain changes to orders providing that printing has not
begun. There is a $12 service fee to make a change on an order.
After the order is in the pressroom which is normally 24 hours we
cannot allow for changes. Changes in typesetting are only accepted
by email.
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payment by Visa
& Master Card, Discover, American Express.
What type of guarantee do you have? We do our best to make sure
that what you ordered is exactly what you will receive but sometimes
mistakes do occur. If after you receive your order there is a mistake
on the order that was our mistake, we will redo your order free
of charge and your order will be shipped out by the next business
day.
